1. Check your email letter by letter: look for missing letters, extra spaces and the correct ending (for example, .com or .es). If your browser filled it in automatically, check that it used the right email.
2. Check your subscription receipt or confirmation. If you paid with PayPal, also check the email on the PayPal account you used; if you paid by card, check the email you entered during payment. It may differ from your usual email.
3. A donation to watch one movie does not create a subscriber account. In that case, use the access to that movie provided after your donation.
4. 3DonlineFilms.com and Documentaryarea.com have separate subscriptions. A Documentaryarea.com subscription does not provide access to 3DonlineFilms.com, or vice versa.
5. If the email is correct and your subscription payment is completed, look for the welcome email, including spam. If the problem continues, ask for help with the email used, payment date and payment reference.
